The Food

We take great pride in curating and providing a menu that is unique, healthy, and delicious. When possible, we source local, organic menu items and will gladly facilitate dietary requests when provided.

Day 1
Note: The first meal we serve is lunch at the put-in, so make sure you have a hearty breakfast in Hamilton before the drive.

  • Lunch: Turkey breast, cheese, hummus, veggies, sandwich fixings, fruit, cookies

  • Happy Hour: Charcuterie with an assortment of fine cheeses, crackers, nuts, olives, and bison sausage

  • Dinner: Salmon filets, asparagus with balsamic reduction, quinoa with garbanzo beans, lemon, and herbs

  • Dessert: Giant chocolate chip cookie

Day 2

  • Breakfast: McSelway’s egg sandwiches with black forest ham and tillamook cheddar cheese, granola, yogurt and fresh fruit (coffee, teas, hot chocolate etc. with each breakfast)

  • Lunch: Albacore tuna salad with veggies, fruit, cookies, etc.

  • Happy Hour: Dumplings with an array of dipping sauces

  • Dinner: Grilled chicken with green onion ginger sauce, jasmine rice, green veggie curry with cauliflower, baby bok choy, basil and peppers, green salad with grapefruit and crisp greens

  • Dessert: Gourmet chocolate selection

Day 3

  • Breakfast: Carrot cake pancakes with cream cheese drizzle, bacon, granola, yogurt and fresh fruit

  • Lunch: Waldorf chicken salad wraps with veggies, fruit, cookies

  • Happy Hour: Chips, salsa, guacamole, and “Riveritas”

  • Dinner: Moroccan pork tenderloin, grilled flatbread, creamy cucumber salad and Israeli couscous with sun-dried tomatoes, raisins and toasted almonds

  • Dessert: Blueberry lemon upside-down cake

Day 4

  • Breakfast: Huevos Rancheros, sausage, pinto beans, tortillas, cornbread, granola

  • Lunch: Taco salad, veggies, fruit, cookies

  • Dinner: Asado! Grilled steak, sausage, rosemary potatoes, chimmichurri sauce, fresh salad

  • Dessert: Chocolate fondue with fresh fruit

Day 5

  • Breakfast: Toasted bagels, cream cheese, smoked salmon, fruit, granola, yogurt

  • Lunch: Make-your-own sack lunch with cold cuts, cheese, veggies, fruit, cookies
